This Privacy Policy explains how Daniela Tondini (the “Developer”) handles information in connection with the Chubblies website at chubblies.com, the mobile applications Mind The Chubblie and Falling Chubblies, downloadable printable activities and support communications.
1. Website hosting and request information
The website is delivered through Firebase Hosting, a Google service. When a browser requests a page, image, PDF or other file, Firebase Hosting may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the service. This may include the IP address, requested URL, date and time, referrer when supplied by the browser, browser or device user-agent, response status and approximate location derived from the IP address. Google may process or retain this information under its own terms and privacy documentation.
2. Website analytics, advertising, cookies and browser storage
The current website does not include website analytics, website advertising, tracking pixels, an account system or a data-submission/contact form. The site code does not set or read cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB.
The client-side Coloring and Puzzles filters operate only within the page and do not submit form data to a server.
3. Downloadable printables
Printable PDF files are delivered as static website files. Opening or downloading a PDF produces the same type of Hosting request information described above. The website does not require an account or profile to download a printable.
4. Support email
The website does not contain a support form. It provides support@chubblies.com through email links. If you choose to send an email, your email address, message and any information you include will be processed by the email services used to send and receive the message and used to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information. A parent, guardian, teacher or other responsible adult should assist a child who needs to contact support.
5. External links
The website contains links to the Apple App Store and to Chubblies pages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. No third-party video or social-media player is embedded. Normal navigation links do not load content from those destinations until a visitor chooses to follow them. The destination provider will then receive information associated with that visit and its own privacy policy will apply.
6. Mobile applications
The mobile applications have advertising and data practices that are separate from the website. The live website publishes an app-ads.txt record for Google, and Google AdMob is used for app advertising.
Current Apple App Store privacy disclosures for both apps state that approximate location, device identifiers, product interaction, advertising data, crash data and performance data may be used to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The disclosures also state that these categories may be collected without being linked to the user’s identity for third-party advertising and analytics. The Falling Chubblies disclosure additionally lists crash data for app functionality.
App processing can depend on the app version, device settings, consent choices, age and features used. Google and Apple process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Children
The website does not provide user accounts or a data-submission form. Children should use external links and email only with help from a parent, guardian, teacher or other responsible adult. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support email, contact support@chubblies.com.
8. International processing and third parties
Firebase Hosting operates on Google’s global infrastructure. External platforms and email providers may also process information in countries other than the visitor’s country. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Your choices and rights
You can browse and download website content without creating an account. You can choose not to follow external links or send support email. Device and platform settings may provide controls for app tracking, advertising identifiers and permissions.
