These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Chubblies website at chubblies.com, the mobile applications Mind The Chubblie and Falling Chubblies, and the digital content made available through them (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Daniela Tondini (the “Developer”).
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Website, apps and printable activities
The Services include website pages, mobile games, free printable activities and PDF downloads. Printable sections may include Coloring, Puzzles, Cut & Play, Decorate and other collections made available on the website over time. The mobile applications may also be subject to the terms of the platform through which they are downloaded or used, including the Apple App Store.
3. Printable licence
You may use Chubblies printables for personal, non-commercial use. One educator may print physical copies for students they directly teach, and those students may use the physical copies for the intended activity. Homeschool use is permitted within the user’s own household.
You may not sell or resell the printables, include them in paid bundles, upload them publicly, digitally redistribute the source PDF, or share the original downloadable file. School-wide, institution-wide, organization-wide or district-wide redistribution is prohibited unless Chubblies or Daniela Tondini expressly authorizes it in writing. No broader permission is granted.
4. Intellectual property
The Chubblies names, characters, artwork, logos, games, website text, activity designs, printable files and other content are owned by the Developer or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited printable licence above, no right, title or licence is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Services or their content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to extract or reproduce content beyond ordinary browsing and the permissions in these Terms, exploit or harm children or other people, or misrepresent your relationship with Chubblies or the Developer.
6. External services and links
The website links to services operated by third parties, including the Apple App Store and social or video platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Developer does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Availability and changes
The Developer may add, update, replace, suspend or remove website content, printable activities, downloads, app features or other parts of the Services. Availability may change without notice. The Developer does not guarantee that every part of the Services will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimer and responsible use
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Parents, guardians, teachers and other responsible adults should select suitable materials and supervise activities appropriately, including cutting, small paper pieces, external links and email contact.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the law of the user’s country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Services or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published.
