Who Mallow is
Quietly sure of himself.
Calm, warm and quietly confident, Mallow listens before he chooses. He notices patterns and details others rush past, enjoys company and peaceful moments of his own, and follows his inner compass without making a show of it.
What Mallow reminds us
Listen kindly. Choose clearly.
Listening does not mean disappearing into the crowd. Mallow stays kind, thinks for himself and makes a clear choice. If the evidence changes, he can change his mind too.
One little wrinkle
Sometimes Mallow waits so long to explain that everyone thinks he is being stubborn. Usually he has noticed a detail no one else saw—and if he gets it wrong, he helps put things right.
